Interim Manager Process

  • COMMITMENT.

    We analyze the client's process together with a plan of objectives. Subsequently, we propose a hybrid compensation scheme consisting of a fixed amount, supplemented by a variable component based on the goals achieved.

  • TIMEFRAME.

    Based on the client's needs, our team's involvement can be part-time or with the exclusive dedication of an interim manager.

  • FOLLOW-UP.

    A schedule of regular meetings with the company's administrators/owners is set up in order to report the progress of the process and its subsequent phases.

  • REPORTING.

    Our team agrees with the client on the deliverable reports for each phase of the process, always tailored to the requirements of the administrators/owners.
