  COMMITMENT.We analyze the client's process together with a plan of objectives. Subsequently, we propose a hybrid compensation scheme consisting of a fixed amount, supplemented by a variable component based on the goals achieved.

  TIMEFRAME.Based on the client's needs, our team's involvement can be part-time or with the exclusive dedication of an interim manager. 
- 
  FOLLOW-UP.A schedule of regular meetings with the company's administrators/owners is set up in order to report the progress of the process and its subsequent phases. 
- 
  REPORTING.Our team agrees with the client on the deliverable reports for each phase of the process, always tailored to the requirements of the administrators/owners.
